When typing on the sp ticket page (e.g. https://instance-name.service-now.com/sp?id=ticket&table=incident&sys_id={sys_id of the ticket}), if a user types quickly and presses "Enter" key then the comment gets truncated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login in an OOB Kingston Patch 3
2. Open an incident through Service Portal:
3. Type quickly "hello there" and press enter
4. Repeat steps 3 until the comment posted will be truncated as per attached screen recording
