On-Call users unable to request time-off and also suggest a suitable cover

Cause


  • System property com.snc.on_call_rotation.pto.approval.required is set to false
  • In OOB personal instance, users do not have a schedule already attached. When checked in customer's instance, I found out that a schedule has already been attached. This is conflicting with our request time off and approval process

Resolution


- PRB684820
- Enable System property com.snc.on_call_rotation.pto.approval.required to true
