This article is meant to show to users how to change the logo found in the Cab Workbench page (cab_calendar).

To find this page, navigate to Change > Change Advisory Board > CAB Workbench. See the image below:

Applicable Versions


Istanbul, Jakarta, Kingston

Procedure


 
The following step will allow users to change the logo for the page:
 
1- Change the Application scope to 'Change Management - CAB Workbench'.
 
2- Choose one of the following options:
a. To go to sp_config page: 
- https://instancename.service-now.com/sp_config?id=portal_edit&p=0d3fa8649f131200b18a7feea57fcf7a&table=sp_portal&sys_id=0d3fa8649f131200b18a7feea57fcf7a&spa=1 
OR
b. To use the front-facing UI: 
1. Service Portal > Portals 
2. Select 'CAB Workbench' - URL suffix 'cab' 
(https://instancename.service-now.com/sp_portal.do?sys_id=0d3fa8649f131200b18a7feea57fcf7a )
 
3- On both options (2-a. and 2-b.), update the Logo field with the desirable image/logo.
