Cause by one or more corrupted UI Policies on kb_knowledge table.

Resolution


Deactivate all UI Policies on kb_knowledge table and verify that it indeed resolves the issue. If it does, narrow down which UI Policy is the cause by enabling them back one by one or in batches and re-test.
