When using List v3, the New button on HR cases doesn't work. The console displays an "Action is not defined" error.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Install the com.glide.ui.list_v3 plugin.
    2. Make sure List v3 is enabled and List v2 is disaabled.

  2. Navigate to the HR cases list and click New.

    Note that the button does not work and a console error "Action is not defined" is displayed: .



Use one of the following workarounds:

  • Use List v2.

  • Edit the sys UI action with sys id: 2a61bf9b0ba003008cd6e7ae37673a84 and clear the onClick function. Note that you might have to make this client-callable to see that field.
