Issue

Symptoms

Workflow data is missing from the cloned environment.

Release

This issue was seen in Kingston Patch 7 and may be seen in other versions.

Resolution

The workflow tables are listed in the Exclude Table[clone_data_exclude]. These can be removed to clone the workflow data to lower environments.

To remove them from the exclude table follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the clone_data_exclude table.
2. Search for all tables containing 'wf' by typing in *wf in the name search field. This should result in the following tables: wf_context, wf_executing, wf_history, wf_transition_history, wf_workflow_execution, and wf_command tables
3. Take Backup of existing records with export XML.

4. Select all of the tables and from the drop-down click on delete.
5. Once they are removed, clear the cache by typing in cache.do in the left nav and clicking Enter/Return.

After running the clone once more, all of the workflow data should clone over.
