Service Catalog categories not displaying in the Mobile UI.  Page shows blank



Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make sure SC categories are created.

  2. Go to https://<instance_name>$

  3. Click on the menu option at the bottom left corner of the page.

  4. Navigate to Self-Service > Service Catalog.

    Note that a page with no categories is displayed.
