Description

Unable to rename the file on attachment pop-up when you attach it with drag and drop. If you click the rename after dragging and drop the file on the attachment pop-up, the following error appears in the browser console log:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new incident.
2. Click the Manage Attachment button.
3. Drag a file and drop it on the Attachment pop-up.
4. Click Rename.

Note that you cannot rename file name and the following error appears in the browser console:

Workaround

Use one of the following workarounds:

  • Attach the file with the Choose Files option.

  • After dragging and dropping the file, close the Attachment pop-up and reopen it. You will then be able to rename the file.
