Description

Pre-Madrid Service Portal doe not support multiple knowledge bases.

Steps to Reproduce

 

1) Activate Service Portal on a London instance.
2) Add a knowledge base to one of the portals.
3) View the portal and search knowledge.
Observe results will be returned from that knowledge base only.

Workaround
