Service Portal: Need to support multiple knowledge bases
Steps to Reproduce
Similar to PRB682231 which was closed.
1) Activate Service Portal if it isn't already activated
2) Add a knowledge base to one of the portals
3) View the portal and search knowledge
4) Results will be returned from that knowledge base only.
After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
