The articles details the steps on how to add more user fields (from sys_user) to the User Profile page on Service Portal.
The new fields will be shown under the "About" section of the page.
1) Navigate to any sys_user record form view
2) Switch the form view to "Service Portal"
3) Add in the desired fields to this form view
4) Save the change
5) The newly added fields will now show up under the "About" section on the User Profile page on Service Portal
