Overview


Reference column not available in "available list view slush-bucket" when personalizing the column using the gear icon

Example


  1. Navigate to incident.LIST
  2. Personalize the columns using the gear icon and notice that Caller[+] , assignment group[+] and similar reference fields do not show up in the available list view slush-bucket
  3. For Reference: Attached screenshot "Before" uses example Caller.city

Additional Information


1. The Reference fields can be made available by administrators by:

Configure >List Layout

For Reference: Attached Screenshot "After" uses example Caller.city which now shows up on the personalized columns

2. Reference fields are not available without list Layout configuration in the Personalize List Columns.

3. Other users can then find the added reference field by Reseting the column default.
