Description

Work Notes/Comments are saved twice in SP when using the post button and if using the save again from the form.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any Kingston Patch 6 instance
2. Open any exisitng incident from the form on the incident table like below
3. https://yourinstance.service-now.com/sp?id=form&table=incident&sys_id=anyrecordsysid
4. Write a comment/worknote in the activity section and click on post.
5. Again click on save from the bottom left of the form
6. The comment/worknotes was saved again and appears twice in the activity

Workaround

This problem has been fixed, please refer to the Fixed In section to find out on which versions this problem has been fixed
