Attaching articles created from article template through the contextual search to the Case form it is not copying the content in the Additional comments.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log into the instance as Admin.

  2. Activate the Knowledge Advanced Installer plugin.

  3. Configure the contextual search in the Case form.

    For more information, see the product documentation topic Define search fields on a form.

  4. Create an article of Template type and publish the article.

  5. Go to the Case form page and in the Short Description search with article and attach the template type article.

    Note that the copied text in the Additional comments section. It does not copy the content of the Template type but rather says "Knowledge article KB0010027: [code][/code]", which means it is considering only the text field but not the Template type fields.




Use the link option instead of copying the article to add the article to the Case form.
