Navigation to Knowledge UI including home page or article view page can take in excess of 5 seconds when the instance contains a large number of user criteria.
Steps to Reproduce
- Populate the instance with a large amount of KB articles.
2. Add user criteria linked to the created articles.
3. Navigate to the /kb page.
Notice the amount of time taken to load the knowledge homepage. Note that the issue may reproduce on other portals as well.
