Navigation to Knowledge Homepage takes 15 to 20 seconds when the instance contains a large number of user criteria.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Populate the instance with a large amount of kb articles.
2. Add user criteria linked to the created articles.
3. Navigate to the /kb page.
Notice the amount of time taken to load the knowledge homepage.


No workaround is available. Please review the Fixed In section to determine the available patch where your instance can be upgraded.
