Date/Times displayed on forms in the Time Ago format do not update on change.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the incident form and add a Date/Time field to its layout.
2. With the date format preference set to Calendar, give the field a value and save the record.
3. Change the value.
The field shows the new value (expected).
4. Change the format preference to Time Ago.
The field shows the 'time ago' value for the original value, not the new input
5. Keep the Time Ago preference set and reload the form
6. Change the value again.
The field does not update.


At this time, avoid using the Time Ago preference when filling out forms.
