Description

If order guide has a record producer within it and is ordered from Service Portal, before Kingston it used to create a REQ record and not the desired record. Now, it does create the right record but displays a message "No Request Found" after you check out the order guide. However, the incident is created, which can be verified by checking the incident.list table.

This works as expected with Service Catalog.

Steps to Reproduce

In Kingston:

  1. In Service Portal, search for the order guide "Test Record Producer SP".

  2. Select "Yes" to create an incident.

  3. Finish checking out the order guide.

A "Request not found" error is displayed.

In Jakarta:

  1. In Service Portal, search for "test incident".

  2. Select "Yes" to create an incident.

  3. Finish checking out the order guide.

Note that a REQ is created rather than an incident.
