Description


The portal's Knowledge page  "/kb_view2"  will return an empty page if no knowledge base is associated with the Service Portal .

Procedure


In order to associate a knowledge base to a service portal :

  • Navigate to Service Portal > Portals and open the service portal record to configure.
  • Make sure that the Knowledge Base field is filled in. This Knowledge Base will be used to render the kb_view2 page.

Additional Information


You can attach only one Knowledge Base per portal.
