Users with the itil and atf_test_admin roles who create an incident via ATF cannot see all the incident form fields in the Field Values list in the Set Field Values step.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in as admin.

  2. If required activate the 'Automated Test Framework' (com.glide.automated_testing_framework).

  3. Add the itil and atf_test_admin roles to Abel Tuter demo data user.

  4. Impersonate Abel Tuter.

  5. Open any incident and check that you can see all the fields.

  6. Navigate to Automated Test Framework > Tests and click New.

  7. Enter the following values:

    • Create test with test name as Test1 and save it.
    • Select Add Test Step button.
    • Select Form > Open a New Form and select the table name as "incident".
  8. Save the record.

  9. Click the Add Test Step button and go to Form > Set Field Values.

  10. Open the list for Field Values.

Notice that it is showing only three or four field names. Users with the itil role expect to see all the fields in the incident form.
