Description

Videos are not uploading as an attachment. This is a TinyMCE/text editor upgrade issue.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to kb_knowledge.do and select an article.
    2. In the Text area, click the Insert/edit video button in the TinyMCE toolbar.
    3. For Type, select Attachment from the pop-up window.
    4. Choose any video of type mp4.
    5. Click Select.




Workaround

Use one of the following workarounds:

  • Set the Type option in the Insert/Modify Video pop-up window to Video Library instead of Attachment.

  • Host the video elsewhere and then set the Type option in the Insert/Modify Video pop-up window to URL.
