Description

Service Portal HTML Editor does not enable browser spell check. When misspelled words are typed into an HTML field in SP, the browser spell check does not work and does not show red underlining.

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Open Service Portal on a pre-Kingston instance
  2. Navigate to the page /sp?id=sqanda_new_question
  3. Type any random words within the HTML field editor

Observe the browser spell check is not engaged and does not show the expected red underline under the misspelled words. 

 

Workaround

This issue is fixed in all currently supported versions. There is no workaround applicable. Please review the Fixed In section to determine the latest available patch your instance can be upgraded to.
