In Service Portal, drop-down menu options are still visible on the page after clicking the browser's back button.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In Service Portal, open the Create Incident record producer.
  2. Click on the drop-down for Urgency.
  3. Click on the browser's back button.
    Note that the options for the Urgency drop-down list still appear.
