Description
The list of available records being traversed with the previous/next arrows in Form view breaks in certain conditions when List v3 is enabled.
Steps to Reproduce

Ensure that List v3 is activated and enabled on the instance.

Impersonate a user, for example, Abel Tuter.

Navigate to Self-Service > Service Catalog and place a few separate orders (laptop, tablet, etc.).

Navigate to Self-Service > My Requests.
Note that only a few records are in the list.

Open one of the records.

Use the Next Record and Previous Record arrows on the form header.
Instead of navigating through only a few records in the My Requests List, you are traversing hundreds of additional records.
Workaround
Deactivate List v3 and use List v2.
