Standard change proposal form does not hide Restricted Change Request values.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Change > Administration > Standard Change Properties.

  2. Check "Restricted Change request values", which include Active, Risk, and other fields.

  3. Go to the Catalog Item "Propose a new Standard Change Template" or go to https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/com.glideapp.servicecatalog_cat_item_view.do?v=1&sysparm_id=cb2a927f935002003b7a7a75e57ffb4c

  4. Fill in the form.

  5. Check Change Request Values and check the last drop-down box.

    Note that the Risk, Active, and other restricted values are not populated.

  6. Save the form. 

    The Standard Change Proposal Form appears.

  7. Go to the Change Request Values Section.

  8. Go to the last drop-down box.

    Note that the Active, Risk, and other restricted values appear.
