Cause
Working as designed since EET (or other such deprecated time zone selection) Time zone has been deprecated as per Wiki standards which ServiceNow follows
Resolution
- User's Timezone setting of 'EET' typically would override the System Timezone setting saved in the 'glide.sys.default.tz' System Property
- Support for these Timezones is driven by Wiki standards at the link below:

- As per this Wiki link, 'EET' timezone has been depracated and as a result the system switches to EST timezone which is the default timezone for the instance
- Please ask your users to select a valid Timezone in their User Profile to resolve this issue
