Process Flow Formatter is not available for knowledge associated tables such as 'kb_template_faq'.

Process Flow Formatter (sys_process_flow) record does not exist Out of Box for FAQ (kb_template_faq) table and associated knowledge table.

Out of Box there are no Process Flow Formatter defined for the knowledge tables. In order to implement this functionality you will need to define separate process flow definitions for the knowledge table and for the child tables (e.g FAQ). Extension tables do not inherit process flow formatters.

In order to define new process flow formatter stages :

1. Navigate to sys_process_flow.LIST 
2. Click Create New
3. Configure the process flow formatter as required for the new table.
