With a Zabbix connector instance configured, the data in the Description field in original events in Zabbix contains Japanese characters. However, in the event / alert created on the ServiceNow instance, the Japanese characters display as HTML code.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure a Zabbix connector instance on the ServiceNow instance.
Wait until events/alerts are created.
Check the Description field of the events/alerts.
Note that the Japanese characters appears in HTML code.
In the following MID Server script include:

The issue is targeted to be fixed in Madrid release
