The Summary and Communication in View Work Bench is overlap when "Compact the user interface" is enabled and the Incident Management - Major Incident Management plugin is enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install the Incident Management - Major Incident Management plugin with the demo data.

  2. Navigate to Incident > Major Incidents > Open.

  3. Open any record from the list.

  4. Click on the View Workbench UI Action.

    Notice the tabs right below the form title: Summary and Communication.

  5. Click the gear icon at the top right of page, and set the "Compact the user interface" option on.

    Note that the Summary and Communication tabs merge together.
