Installing the Nuvolo application may sometimes result in an OutOfMemory error. The input stream for unzipping each file entry is not always released properly.
Steps to Reproduce
- Activate the "Managed Document" plugin as prerequisites for the known affected application Nuvolo.
- Try to install the application into the internal certification instance.
- Note the progress activity stops at 2% and a system error is thrown:
If an upgrade to one of the fixed version patches listed below is not possible, contact ServiceNow customer support to have the application manually installed on your affected instance.
