Issue

A module or menu is not visible in the navigation pane.

Cause

  1. The Module/Menu is inactive
  2. The Module/Menu is only available for specific role users

Resolution

  1. If the menu is not visible or available for any user:
    1. Open the menu from System Definition > Application Menus (/sys_app_application_list.do)
    2. Search for the menu that is not available, for example, look for Title = System Applications
    3. Make sure it's active
    4. If the menu is active:
      • Look for role and make sure the users who are trying to access that menu have the role mentioned in the menu.
  2. If the module is not available:
    1. Go to System Definition > Modules (/sys_app_module_list.do)
    2. Check if the module is active
    3. Check that the users have the role mentioned in the module.
