Description

"Count Knowledge Use" scheduled job results in creation of large amount of text index events leading to performance issues (includes some fixes to hints and error messages).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create 10 to 20 knowledge articles.

  2. Go to the Count Knowledge Use jobs /nav_to.do?uri=sys_trigger.do?sys_id=377187cd0a0a0b52005a19f2d02d178e

  3. Execute the job.

  4. Go to /sysevent_list.do.

There are now 10 to 20 new text index events on kb_knowledge.use_count.

Note: This is not scalable past a few thousand articles without causing a delay to text index event process.
