Intermittently an Async process (business rule) triggered when submitting a form does not always update the form via record watcher after the form reloads.
Steps to Reproduce
This issue reproduces more often when you have also changed a few other fields before saving.
1. Create an on Async business rule to update a field when something changes or import the attached example.
2. Navigate to an incident and change a few things including the field which triggers the Business rule (in my case set the state to either new or in progress)
3. Save the form
When it loads the work notes list will either be updated with a blue RW circle next to it, or it will be blank. If it is blank you can show XML to verify the data is right, but the client was not updated.
At times, the update to the work notes list is not shown.
After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
