Knowledge Versioning: Tags do not copy over to the new version of a knowledge article after activating the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin
Steps to Reproduce
Activate the Knowledge Management Advanced plugin.
Navigate to Knowledge > Create New.
Create a new article and add a tag to it, then publish the article.
Open the same article and click the Checkout button.
Return to the Knowledge Management page and check the old tag that you added.
Note that the article does not exist in that tag, as the tag is removed when you check out the new version of the article.
