Description

sc_req_item data populated with the Data Table from Instance Definition widget on a Service Portal page is not translated for the stage field.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate the I18N: French Translations plugin.

  2. Make sure there are requested items for which the end user (for example, Joe Employee from the demo data) has access.

  3. Log in as admin.

  4. Either create a new page or open any existing page in designer, for example, the index page.

    For more information, see the product documentation topic Create and edit a page using the Service Portal Designer.

  5. Drag and drop the Data Table from Instance Definition widget.

  6. Configure the widget to table sc_req_item and the columns to "Request, Number, Short description, Stage".

  7. Impersonate an end user, for example, Joe Employee.

  8. Switch the user's language to French.

  9. Navigate to index page via the instance URL.

    Note that the Stage field values on sc_req_item list are not translated to French but rather appear in English. The translation does appear for the admin user.
