Description

Approval notifications do not clear correctly in iOS.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make sure the mobile app is installed on an iPhone iOS phone.

  2. Log in to the app using david.loo user and enable notifications. Make sure that approval request notifications are on.

  3. Log in to the desktop instance using the demo data user david.loo.

  4. Create a normal change request, submit it ,and request approval. Use the UI actions on the change request.

  5. Make sure that David Loo is in the Approvers list.

  6. Check whether you have received an approval request notification on the mobile.

  7. Approve the record from the desktop.

    Make sure that the change's state moves to scheduled.

  8. Check your mobile and try to clear the notification.

    The notification is cleared but an error message is displayed: "Could not find a script to run this action."

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided not to address this issue.
