Description

For a checkbox with a URL configured for the label, checking and unchecking the checkbox requires clicking to the left of the label.

Steps to Reproduce

 

  1. Navigate to Incident > Open and open any incident.

  2. Right-click in the form header and choose Configure > Form Layout.

  3. Add a field with name "checkbox" and the type True/False.

  4. Right-click on the checkbox and choose Configure Label.

  5. Insert n URL like https://hi.service-now.com and save the record.

  6. Try to click on the left space of the checkbox label as shown in the figure.

    You are able to check and uncheck the checkbox from that position.

 

Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided not to address this issue.
