Description

Adding a choice list entry from Form designer deletes the existing choice list entry on cmdb_ci_ip_switch form.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to cmdb_ci_ip_switch.list.

  2. Open one of the existing records from the list or, if no records exist, create a new one.

  3. Right-click on the cmdb_ci_ip_switch form header and choose Configure > Form Layout.

  4. Add the "Operation status" field to the form and save your change.

  5. On the form, look at the values in the Operation status drop-down list.

It contains values like Operational, Non-Operational, etc.

  6. Right-click on the form header and choose Configure > Form Designer.

  7. Select the Operation status field and click the gear icon of that field.

The field details are displayed with the choice list values.

  8. Add a new entry for the choice list, for example, test, and save the form.

Note that instead of existing entries and the new entries being available through the Operation status field, only only the new entries are shown.
