Description

Long string fields of a record are displayed without new line formatting on a mobile device when viewing the read only record from a reference icon.

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as a change approver
2. Navigate to /$m.do
3. Click on the My Approvals module
4. Open any approval record
5. Click on the associated reference icon next to the change number
6. Scroll down to see the long string fields like Description and Implementation plan. These display on a single line, making it hard to read without any spacing or new line formatting: 




This is not the case when opening the change_request record directly from the Open changes:



Workaround

After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases.
