Service Portal - For a Lookup Select Box Variable where the Value Field is a Choice List we should show the label instead of the value in the Ticket Fields Widget
Steps to Reproduce
Go to a record producer for incident table (Create Incident).
Create a new lookup select box variable for the record producer.
Select the Map to field checkbox.
Record Producer Table: incident
cat item: Create Incident
In the question tab, enter the following values:
In the Type Specifications tab, enter the following values
Lookup from Table: Incident
Lookup value Field: Category
Navigate to Service Portal and Create Incident under Can We Help You service catalog.
Create a new Incident record.
Follow the link to the ticket page.
Note that the displayed value is the dictionary value rather than the display value from the lookup select box dropdown.
