The Kingston updates to the UI page "com.glideapp.servicecatalog_checkout_view" were skipped
The issue is occurring because the Kingston update to the UI page "com.glideapp.servicecatalog_checkout_view" is skipped as it is a customized one.
The current version of the UI page has the source from a custom update set. Due to this some part of the UI page code that is needed to work Kingstonton is missing, so we see the error.
Reverting this to the version which has the source "System Upgrades: glide-kingston-10-17-2017__patch3-02-21-2018_03-02-2018_1305.zip" has solved the issue.
