This article describes how to set the order of Catalog items on Service Portal and Platform UI Service Catalog category lists.
The Order field controls the ordering of items in category lists. To edit the order:
Navigate to Service Catalog > Maintain Items.
Right-click on the header and choose Configure > Form Layout.
Move the Order field from the Available list to the Selected list and click Save.
In the Order field, any integer value can be added to determine the order of the item such as 10, 20, etc.
