When more than 16 POP servers are defined in Email accounts, the Email Diagnostics page incorrectly reports "Connection Failed" for some email accounts even though an actual test from the account is succesful.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to System Diagnostics > Email Diagnostics (https://<instance>.service-now.com/email_diagnostics.do).
Note that some Email accounts are reporting "Connection Failed".
Click the Account link for one of the accounts reporting Connection Failed to open the Email Account configuration.
Click on Test Connection under Related Links.
Confirm a Connection Successful result
