Description

User Criteria - Customer cannot view some knowledge bases 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Impersonate user: Kevin Hudson (khudson4@uchicago.edu). He has Customer role.
  2. Navigate to Self-Service > Knowledge
  3. These knowledge bases are not shown: Communities, System Error Codes.
    These knowledge bases have User is Customer on the CanRead tab.

Workaround

If you have Company Separation, add attribute no_separation=true on dictionary definition of User Criteria table.
