Knowledge Categories with an ampersand (&) in the label cause the following error when using the KB Category Picker (kb_categories_dialog) in a Knowledge form to select a category:
"The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference."
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to kb_category.list.
Modify the demo category Applications to Software & Applications.
This should be a part of the IT Knowledge Base if demo data is loaded.
Navigate to sys_properties.list.
Set glide.ui.escape_text to false.
Open or create a Knowledge article (kb_knowledge.list).
Set the Knowledge Base to IT.
Click the Reference icon next to Category to launch the Category Picker UI page (kb_categories_dialog).
Note the following error: "The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference."
There is no known workaround for this issue. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In field to determine the versions that have a permanent fix to this issue.
