Symptoms

No trace of the export sets appears in the instance ECC Queue or Agent0.log. The error below appears in the syslog when attempting to run any Export Set:

Error [ecc_agent_status] table record missing for MID Server <MID Server name>
Error *** Script: [ecc_agent_status] table record missing for MID Server <MID Server name>: no thrown error

There is no entry in the ecc_agent_status table for the MID Server where the Export Set is running.

Cause

If the MID Server record does not exist in the [ecc_agent_status] table, the Export Set will not run.

Resolution

  1. Restart the MID Server. This process recreates the entry for the MID Server in the ecc_agent_status table.
  2. List the ecc_agent_status to make sure that the MID Server record exists.
  3. Run the Export Set
