The form sections Notes and Closure information are not visible on the Incident form. This issue sometimes occurs for customers who started as Express customers before the Jakarta release, upgraded to Jakarta as Express customers, and then were converted to Enterprise. This symptom is seen after the first upgrade after the Express to Enterprise conversion.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to Incidents > Open.
Select and open any incident.
Expected Result : Notes and Closure information should display.
Actual Result : Notes and Closure information do not display
This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
Go to sys_ui_form.list.
Open the form record for Incident Default view.
In the Form sections related list, open the Form section with position 1 in a new tab.
Add the section Notes in the Sys UI section field via reference.
Repeat this action for the Form section with position 3, attaching the Sys UI section Closure Information.
