Description

On iOS Safari, if you try to scroll by finger=swiping on the main content/title of Knowledge articles, the page does not scroll sideways.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make sure that the iPhone is running at least iOS version 10.3.3 or later.

  2. Locate or create an article that contains large images and text.

  3. Log on to an instance with the iOS Safari browser or log on to the iOS native application and navigate to Knowledge > Homepage.

  4. In the search bar, search for the knowledge base article you located or created.

  5. Try to scroll the page in a DIAGONAL fashion.

Instead of the page being able to move in all directions, occasionally the page will scroll only either vertically or horizontally but not both at the same time.
