While importing document as a Knowledge article if there is a mismatch in the MIME type, incorrect error message is displayed

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Set property to true by System Properties > Security
    2. Change the extension of a pdf file that needs to be imported to doc file
    3. Navigate to Knowledge > Homepage
    4. Click on Import Articles
    5. Select the above doc file as Article 1 and click Import.

There is a dialog Import completed with error with error message: Invalid or zero size file
