How Can One Be Notified When a Patch or Family Version is Released

Currently, Now Support (HI) or Docs do not have a feature to notify users when a patch or family version is release. However, our multimedia team always tweets when we release a patch or family version. If a customer, partner or ServiceNow employee would like, they can follow @ServiceNowNews on X (formerly Twitter). 

ServiceNow will be assessing the possibility of a future product enhancement to proactively notify customers when a hot-fix or patch is released against their current version.
