Benchmark emails are sent to all ITIL users, instead of only users who have the benchmark viewer role.
Steps to Reproduce
- Request two build tools instances
- Setup opt-in credentials on both client and central
- Setup one instance as a central instance. Also, setup global and benchmark scores
- Login to another instance and add Itil role to couple of users
- Navigate to Benchmarks > Setup and opt-in
- Navigate to email and verify outbox for benchmarks notification email
Remove benchmark data viewer role(sn_bm_client.benchmark_data_viewer) from "ITIL" role.
