How to change the title of Record conversations shown in Connect
Description
This explains how to change what field value is used for the conversation title for conversations associated with a record in Connect
This example has the title set to the Number field for the Incident table.
Procedure
Set the title (sys_ui_title) record for that table to point to the Number field (or whichever field is desired).
Steps to find the table associated with a conversation and set the Title for that table.
Additional Information
The only documentation we have for the sys_ui_title table is under mobile UI as it also sets titles there.
